6. Service Availability and Changes

• Ai Global Dream LLC strives to ensure Services are available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the programming from time to time.
• Currently, we utilize a third-party API from Pexels (pexels.com) to allow you to easily import images into your webpage. In the event of a service interruption or if Pexels discontinues API access for any reason, we have a contingency plan in place and will implement it as needed.

7. Payment and Fees

• Users agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the Services.
• Ai Global Dream LLC reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Ai Global Dream LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai Global Dream LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

12. Useage Limitation

Our packages are designed to offer maximum value at affordable prices. However, to manage operational costs, certain aspects of the program are regulated.

1. For the Fun Bundle AI, you receive up to 500,000 tokens (with each token roughly equivalent to one average word) and can accommodate up to 1,000 daily page visits, averaged monthly.
2. For the Pro Bundle AI, you get up to 1 million tokens and hosting support for up to 2,500 daily page visits, averaged monthly.
3. For the Expert Bundle AI, you receive up to 2.5 million tokens and hosting for up to 5,000 daily page visits, averaged monthly.
   • We are happy to accommodate additional activity on your account at a reasonable rate for both AI tokens and daily page hits.
   • 1 Million Tokens: $50
   • $25 per 1,000 additional daily page hits, averaged monthly.

13. Upgrade Policy

We do not offer a standard upgrade option. However, if you wish to upgrade, we will adjust your remaining subscription time accordingly. For example, if you subscribe to the Fun Bundle and decide to upgrade to a more comprehensive bundle after 6 months, we will credit 50% (6 months) of the original Fun Bundle purchase price and apply it towards your new subscription on a prorated basis.

14. System Upgrade

We reserve the right to make changes to the programming as needed and to perform updates and upgrades to our system. While these updates may result in some downtime, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions during this process.

Domain Name Policy

1. Domain Name Exclusion

• Ai Global Dream LLC does not include a domain name with the purchase of any of our hosting packages or AI tools.
• Users must independently register their domain names through a third-party domain registrar.

2. Domain Name Forwarding

• Users can forward their independently registered domain names to their websites hosted with Ai Global Dream LLC once they have purchased a hosting bundle (Fun, Pro or Expert Bundle).
• Instructions and support for domain name forwarding will be provided upon request.

3. Bringing Your Own Domain Name

• Users may bring their own domain names to be added to our servers.
• There is an additional charge for adding an independently registered domain name to our servers.
• The additional charge covers the configuration and management of the domain name on our hosting platform.

4. Charges

• All charges related to domain name registration, renewal, and management with third-party registrars are the responsibility of the user.
• This additional charge includes an SSL certificate (1 year).
• Ai Global Dream LLC's additional charge for adding a domain name to our servers will be communicated during the purchase process.

5. Domain Name Support

• Ai Global Dream LLC will provide support for configuring and managing domain names on our servers, including DNS settings.
• Users are responsible for any changes required at the third-party domain registrar to point the domain to our servers.

6. Liability and Disputes

• Ai Global Dream LLC is not responsible for any domain name disputes or issues arising from domain name registration, renewal, or transfer.
• Users must resolve any domain name disputes directly with their domain registrar.

• Ai Global Dream LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

• Alternative Option: If you’re not ready to invest further, we offer our ‘Master Ai’ package for just $99. This option provides a cost-effective way to access our tools and services, however, be advised that this does not include website hosting.
• Customer Satisfaction: If you have any questions or need assistance during the trial period, please contact our support team. We are here to help ensure you have the best experience with our software.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

3. Limitation of Liability

• We perform daily offsite backups. In the event that a restoration is needed, any data created between backups may be lost. While we strive to ensure data security, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss, as no technology is flawless.
• Ai Global Dream LLC cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Cloud Services Disclaimer: We use third-party cloud services to provide our Services. Ai Global Dream LLC cannot be held liable for any occurrences or programming issues that cause interruptions, data loss, or any other problems related to these cloud services.

Users have access to support via Valued Member Support located in the left nav frame of the website.

Support requests will be addressed within 24-48 hours.

5. Service Interruptions

In the event that any unforseen circumstances arise, including, but not limited to, third-party actions or issues, unstable political conditions, acts of God, unintended programming issues, or any other unforeseen events, we will make every reasonable effort to address and rectify the issue(s) in a timely manner.
